How BeforePaws Works

BeforePaws helps people who adopted a rescue dog or cat later in life imagine an earlier chapter. It creates an artistic possibility from the adult pet photo you provide. It is not a historical reconstruction and cannot reveal what your pet truly looked like as a puppy or kitten.

1. Add one adult pet photo

Sign in, upload a clear photo that shows one adult dog or cat, confirm that you have permission to use it, and choose the details that guide the imagined result. Do not upload photos of people, documents, addresses, or other sensitive information.

2. BeforePaws generates two imagined moments

The service sends the photo and generation instructions to its configured AI provider. The model creates two distinct images in the native aspect ratio selected before generation. Results can contain visual inaccuracies and resemblance is not guaranteed.

3. Evaluate both results privately

When generation succeeds, both complete compositions appear with visible watermarks. They are evaluation previews, not public posts. BeforePaws does not place uploaded or generated images in a public gallery.

4. Decide what the chapter is worth to you

If you want to keep the results, choose a one-time price from USD $1 to $99. The suggested price is $8.99, but every allowed amount delivers the same product. Payment is processed by PayPal and there is no subscription.

5. Keep the originals

After payment is verified, you can download the same two native-format originals without watermarks, optionally download them together as a ZIP, and use one regeneration attempt on one selected image. Starting that regeneration consumes the attempt, even if the provider fails, while the original remains available unless you choose the new candidate.

What BeforePaws can and cannot claim

BeforePaws can create emotionally meaningful, AI-imagined portraits guided by the visible traits in your source photo. It cannot authenticate a pet's past, guarantee an exact resemblance, provide veterinary or identity evidence, or prove that an image matches a real historical appearance.
