By using BeforePaws, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo or purchase a Memory Pack.

The Service

BeforePaws uses generative AI to create a plausible artistic interpretation of how a pet may have looked earlier in life. Results are imagined and must not be presented as authentic historical photographs, identity evidence, veterinary information, or scientific reconstruction.

Your Permission and Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the uploaded pet photo or have permission to use it. Do not upload people, sensitive documents, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for keeping the private result link and device access secure.

You may use purchased outputs for personal keepsakes, gifts, prints, and personal social sharing. You may not use the service to deceive, harass, impersonate, or falsely claim that an output is documentary evidence.

Preview, Purchase, and Delivery

When generation succeeds, all four finished images are shown as watermarked evaluation previews before purchase. You may choose a one-time price from USD $1 to $99; the suggested price is $8.99. Every permitted price purchases the same Memory Pack: four high-resolution portraits, a Now vs Baby comparison card, square and Story formats, a ZIP download, and one regeneration attempt for one selected image. Payment is processed by PayPal. This is a purchase, not a donation or subscription.

Delivery depends on successful payment verification, provider availability, and a usable source photo. Keep the private result link open or saved until you finish downloading.

AI Variability

AI results vary and may contain visual inaccuracies. A resemblance or preferred pose is not guaranteed. The four free previews exist so you can evaluate the complete result before purchase. Starting the included regeneration consumes the single attempt even if generation fails; the selected original remains available unless you explicitly choose the new candidate. This is the available remedy for ordinary style or variation preferences, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Availability and Changes

We may limit abusive traffic, pause generation, replace a model, or modify the service to maintain safety and reliability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party AI, storage, network, or payment providers, but we will provide remedies required by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeforePaws is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and Contact

We may refuse or revoke access for misuse or legal risk. You may delete a memory from its private result page. Questions can be sent by replying to your purchase receipt or emailing support@beforepaws.com.
